Romuald Demidenko has curated several dozen contemporary art exhibitions and public programmes such as the symposium-exhibition Open Triennale, the 8th Young Triennial at the Centre of Polish Sculpture in Orońsko (alongside Aurelia Nowak and Tomek Pawłowski) (2017/2018), exhibition-intervention Body Works at the State Gallery of Art, Sopot (with Gosia Golińska) (2019), and one of the chapters of Somewhere in Between. Contemporary Art Scenes in Europe at BOZAR Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels (with Hélène Jacques) (2018). He completed the Curatorial Studies programme at KASK School of Arts in Ghent, Belgium and obtained his MA in Art History at the University of Wrocław. He recently joined the Xawery Dunikowski Museum of Sculpture in Królikarnia, the National Museum in Warsaw where he serves as curator of collections (since 2019). He furthermore collaborated with Komplot in Brussels, Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art in Warsaw, Gropius Bau in Berlin, and BWA Zielona Góra.
