She ran the Stara Winiarnia Gallery in Zielona Góra, and currently she co-creates the Kosobudki 3 Creative Activity Centre devoted to ecological regeneration, artistic activities, and development projects. In her works, Gryska is concerned with the attuning of personal experiences to the order of nature. She works in series in which fragmentary human time fits into the plan of infinity. The way she works is inspired by meditation techniques aimed at clearing the mind of the chaos of sensations, illusions, and rush.
